- Client After demolishing the old property we designed and built this new three bedroom home. The design used a bespoke steel frame system to speed construction time and achieve optimum energy efficiency. The property was finished to a high standard with bespoke a bespoke oak frame porch, solid oak stairwell and bespoke oak fireplace.
