New Build 3 Bedroom Detached House, East Wittering
Early in 2018 we were approached to quote for a new build detached house based on some unfinished plans, with a request for speed in construction.
The client had a large garden that had become hard to manage so they sought planning permission for a three bedroomed, traditional build, detached property. We provided a competitive quotation and helped them to appoint an architect and assisted them with the design process including engineers designs and calculations for the building regulations drawings submission. The plot of land contained an old garage and shed that had low level asbestos roofs.
HD Developments dismantled the structures and had them taken away professionally and in a controlled environment. 30 weeks after the first digger arrived on site we handed over the keys to a new, detached 3 bedroom house. The interior specification, all completed by our own tradesmen, included 3 bedrooms – 2 with en-suite bathrooms, a bespoke oak staircase and landing, a large kitchen diner with separate utility room, non-slip floor throughout as requested by the client and large bifold doors opening onto a patio at the rear of the property.
