We have sold the first of our new build properties in Prazeres, Madeira!

Our first international development consists of two striking luxury villas, each built to the highest standard using local materials and benefiting from panoramic views of the ocean.

We started the development in early 2020 just before the Covid 19 lockdowns, so maintaining momentum has been challenging. Travel restrictions have meant that we haven’t been able to get out to Madeira to be on site and observe progress of the development as much as we’d have liked to be. However, thanks to a fantastic local Project Manager and contracting team who have been overseeing the project from day one we’ve been able to make excellent progress despite the restrictions.

 

The Properties

Both of the properties are 3 bedroomed villas, designed for maximum impact. They offer open planned living with flush thresholds to the outside spaces. Each with  heated pools, hot tub, air conditioning and parking for 2/3 cars. Both villas will be built to the highest standard using local materials and benefiting from panoramic views of the ocean.

The villa which has already sold, ahead of it being completed, boasts the first ever pool in Madeira with a 3D liner giving it a bronze iridescent glow at night.

 

 

The second property, due to be completed in 2022 will showcase a very different style of design. Built on two levels it will feature exterior walls made entirely from glass and a home gymnasium.
