- Client Our client had a dilapidated double garage on their land that was covered in ivy and bramble. They decided to turn it into a detached annex that would provide an extra revenue stream through short term holiday lets. We designed the annex with the client and set about converting it. This involved rebuilding and fully insulating the structure, installing hot and cold running water, electrics and heating. The inside was partitioned to create sleeping and living areas. The result is a self contained holiday rental property with incredible views across fields and rural land and a rear veranda from which to enjoy the views.
