HD Developments have just started a new build project for a private client in East Wittering.

The client had a large garden that had become hard to manage so they sought planning permission for a three bedroomed, traditional build, detached property.

We helped them to appoint an architect and assisted them with the design process including engineers designs and calculations for the building regulations drawings submission.

The plot of land contained an old garage and shed that had low level asbestos roofs. HD Developments dismantled the structures and had them taken away professionally and in a controlled environment.

The footings are now dug and our team will be on site carrying out all aspects of the build for the next six months.
