We are excited to announce that our new development on the Island of Madeira has been approved for planning and will start construction very soon!
The development will consist of two rental properties and one larger property which will be available for sale.
We will be supervising the build, working with a carefully chosen local main contractor and expect the development to be completed later next year.

The three properties will be individual single level houses to benefit from the panoramic views of the ocean.
They are all designed to be open planned living with flush thresholds to the outside spaces. Each with heated pools, landscaped gardens and each with driveways for two cars.
We chose the town of Prazeres in Calheta, Madeira for our first international development because of its beauty and tranquility.
The development is in a peaceful location, 45 minutes drive from Funchal Airport and 10 minutes to the beaches and nearby restaurants, bars and cafes.
Holiday let donations to Cancer charities
HD Developments are taking this opportunity to offer our support to local cancer charities. We will be donating two weeks of holiday lets in one of the rental properties to St Wilfrids Hospice and two weeks of holiday lets in the other rental property to Macmillan Cancer Support.
The holiday lets will be raffled or auctioned by the charities to raise much needed funds.
